Shipping & Delivery


1. When will you deliver my purchased item?

For Malaysia Orders:

All parcels will be ship on the next day after remittance except Sunday, due to Sunday is our off day. Therefore, all orders that remit on Saturday will be ship on Monday.

West Malaysia: Estimate 1-2 working days to arrive

East Malaysia: Estimate 3-5 working days to arrive


For Singapore Orders:

All parcels will be ship on weekday-only (Monday to Friday), orders that remit on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be arranged to ship on Monday.

Singapore: Estimate 5-7 working days to arrive 

*Please noted that real-time needed depends on each courier service


2. How to track my parcel status?

You will receive an email that notifies you about the tracking details of your parcel on the next day once the parcel shipped. Check your email and click *Track my order* button to check your parcel status.


3. Where do you ship to?

We are base in Malaysia. Currently we are open to ship to Singapore and within Malaysia only.


4. Any delivery charges?

For Malaysia order:

West Malaysia:

Free postage if your order is over RM100, otherwise the postage for West Malaysia is RM8.

East Malaysia:

Free postage if your order is over RM150, otherwise the postage for East Malaysia is RM13.

For Singapore order:

Free postage if your order is over RM350, otherwise the postage will be RM30.


5. What to do if I didn't receive my parcel?

Kindly contact our customer service if you do not receive the parcel after 1 week. We will follow up and do the rest for you until you received the parcel successfully.


6. What if I provide an incorrect address?

Please ensure all the details provided are correct especially for the delivery address. Your items will be sent to the delivery address stated on your order. We will not bear the loss of your item due to the incorrect delivery address provided.


7. What if the delivery arrives when I am not at home?

Please keep tracking on your item and collect your item at the specific branch stated as the tracking if you miss the delivery. Normally for courier service - PosLaju, they will keep for seven days only and if your item is returned to us due to a parcel not collected, please noted that the customer is responsible to pay for the re-shipping cost.


8. What courier service we use to deliver your parcel?

Don't worry. We know courier service well & will choose the best courier service for your destination location.



Exchange & Refund Policy


1. How to get refund or exchange item?

All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping to ensure the item is in good condition before delivery. 

Therefore, we are only able to provide refunds or exchange in some limited & reasonable circumstances. Please bear in mind that we do not practice exchange or refund for below reason:

  • Wear and tear
  • Change of mind
  • No refund or exchange for SALES item, We will list down the defect area at "Product Details" tab, please read carefully before placing an order.

Kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issue efficiently.


2. Any shipping cost when I return an item?

Yes, customer are responsible to bear for the return shipping cost except for some reasonable circumstance. Please contact our customer service for more details.
